You can't.
The only cameras for which you can get 'digital backs' are the latest Leica SLR models and a few medium format brands, like Hasselblad.
There were/ are companies that made sensors that you could insert into regular 35mm film cameras, but that technology never matured into a viable product.
But if you have a 35mm SLR camera, you probably CAN buy a digital body and keep using your current lenses. It would depend on the brand and age of your current camera. That would be an option with all Nikons, Canon EOS cameras (but not the AE line), etc.

:)

Surely you want to ask some other question and this one just popped out.

I will not rule out the possibility - however, the proposition is very expensive. You are better off buying a digital camera. You already have an answer telling you how to convert it so I will not go into the details.

However, you can get your films scanned at a development lab.

You could also buy a negative scanner and scan your negatives.

Errr...sell the natural camera and buy a digital...I don't think it's possible to change one into digital since the technology is totally different.

buy a digital camera, took the cmos sensor out of the camera, replace your film in your "natural camera" with those cmos sensor from your digital camera, modify the pcb board to works with the cmos, memory card and hundreds of others part..... or just keep the digital camera and throw away your "natural camera"

a lot of times when you develop film now, they will ask you if you want a cd. just check yes and they will give you a cd with copies of your pictures on them. then you can put the pictures on your computer.
