Use regular, thin hair ties. Scrunchies are for kids. Most women know this but I still see it sometimes

Exactly! They are soooo 80's. The thin ties do NOT damage your hair. They're covered in cloth.

Whats with people who feel the need to talk about what other''s choose to wear on their body or in their hair?
So 80'? I don't remember them in the 80's.. I never saw any and I had VERY long hair and used hair ties. i have scrunchies now but I do not wear them cus I am 44 and have shorter hair.. Long hair on older women is so tacky (sounds mean huh? hope you get my point)...

I am 21 almost 22 and still wear scrunchies..but only black or navy blue cause usually when I am in a rush to college I grab whatever I can out of the bathroom and put my hair up when I get there..no complaints ..btu then agian ladies go around braless and you can see nipples pokeing through.....

Scrunchies are easy to use when you job or do anything that make you sweat and also it does not not damage your hair as bad as the thin bands.

Theres nothing wrong with scrunchies!!! Its not just for kids,where the heck did you hear that?? Im wearing one right now and have a poney tail! LOL. Kids are just obsessed with them is all..just like makeup.

I completely agree!
It's even cheaper to buy a pack of hair ties than it is to buy scrunchies. Some people just can't move on!

It should not matter what u put in your hair. The key word here is YOUR. Everyone has a preference.Just like the clothes we wear,the vehicles we drive and the people we associate with. It is a personal choice...

this question is stupid...i wear scrunchies and i'm a grown woman..they aren't just for kids....I wear them for convienience, mainly to tie my hair back at work and make it look tidy...and guess what my hair is long and i'm 34 does that offend u too! lol
