It is hard to say, because it really depends on the hotel you are staying at.

Normally a Junior Suite is larger then a normal room (king room, deluxe room, etc). Although it is smaller then a Suite.
Sometimes, you will have a sitting area and/or a kitchenette area in the same room as your bed.

Any normal chain hotel (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) a Junior Suite will be large enough for a couple with a baby.

Typically it is smaller than a normal suite, with a bedroom and a living area. So definitely more than enough for a couple and baby.

I was 118lbs. (5'5 tall) at 4 weeks pregnant with my son, my BMI was considered slightly "underweight." My husband is tall and thin-6'0 and 160lbs. My son ended up being a big baby at birth-8lbs. 12.5 oz. I did, however, gain 80lbs. while pregnant with him :) Now that my son is 3, he's on the tall side (50-75 percentile) and very skinny (30lbs. at 3 years). So I think he will take after my husband and I (pre-baby of course). My daughter was also big at birth (8lbs. 8oz.), and now that she's 13 months she also thinning out. So I think the size of a child is directly related to the size of the parents. EDIT: To its_victoria08-How dare you say something like "I feel bad for your kids." That is uncalled for and, BTW, your answer is completly wrong and misguided. The size of the mother's womb is mostly responsible for the birth weight of a baby. Yes, a small woman can have a large womb and vice versa, but to say the size of a mother has nothing to do with the size of a baby is flat out wrong.
