Hi.
This is a relative term and your own goal changes with time.
If you are a fresher, any job... the first job is exciting and you enjoy.
Then you may realise that this is not the job you like.
Hence one should analyse oneself, what he/she would enjoy doing the most. Look for avenues in that area.
This is easier said than done. The social pressures and family pressures are high to get 'a job' first. In this process, we do not see if that is the right job for us.
I love to own a company and be the boss. But I always fear that my aptitude is not good enough to make sales calls. Then, I consider selling through Internet , which suits me fine.
Hence have short term goal of earning the regular bread and have a long term goal to do what you enjoy the most. If you have enough emotional and financial support from family and friends, you may aim to the long term goal right away. That is difficult to manage first few years. But once you manage, you have achieved a better job.

when u starting give Ur job 100% and if u free u try to learn some thing new and learn from ur senior when u feel u r best at ur office and there is nothing to learn try some where else, Where u could learn, and keep learning.
