As alike as siblings would !
The parents have the same genes as each other.
The genetic makeup of the children from both sets of parents is determined by this.
As such they have the same "Genetic" parents and would be as alike as children of a single set of parents.
=======================================
What the asker wants to know is if two sets of identical twins marry each other, will the children of each couple look alike.
Each of the identical twin parents have the same genes. It does not matter where they originate or if they are being expressed.
Each of the children of the couples is conceived from the same genetic material. However the actual genetic makeup of each sperm and egg depends on the final haploid cell division and any crossing over or mutation that takes place when the chromasome pairs seperate.
Each child will be different (unless they are themselves identical twins) .
However the children of one couple will be as alike as the children of the other couple. From a genetic point of view they will be as close as if they were all children of the same parents.
The chances of the characteristics of each child being similar are the same as if they were actually brothers and sisters. Which would be greater that if their parents were not identical twin couples.

The children would look like the parents. Or at least a combination of the two.

That's a good question!...
You could not know how they would look like, because although they have the same genetic material from the parents, they have completely different genetic material coming from elder generations, which might come up and give completely different combinations and looks...

I don't believe their children would look alike, if that is what you are getting at. It will be determined by the gene's that each child inherits from each parent. Many different gene's are in each of us and it is the luck of the draw, which one's we receive. They may have different hair color or eye color. You just never know.

Just how "equal" are you talking? Are they allowed to be a different sex? It would be a rather tough row to hoe if they had to be completely equal as identical sets.
