Don't be stupid; nobody deserves to do what you are saying. Do not punch yourself just for having bad thoughts. Instead use the energy to think of good thoughts to help you get the bad thoughts out. If you have difficulty doing so try meditation.

hMmM... there's many ways you can think of this... the bible says that if you do wrong w/ ur hand you should cut it off to stop... it's better to lose a limb then your soul to the firery depths of hell..... but i for 1 think thatz a little xtreme... i think it's wise but still... it's xtreme and i don't advise it...
don't punch urself in the stomach to punish urself... it's like saying... ok i'll have pleasure now and pay for it later... just... don't think the bad thoughts! y punish yourself when you can prevent yourself from punishment? if you have bad thoughts.. do whatever possible to prevent it! take a jog... watch tv... work after hours or do your homework... clean the house! busy yourself....
punishment is an excuse... prevention is key

bad thoughts? Pain is only a short term solution that will cause u to forget your thoughts temporarily.... and why injure yourself? how about doing something that will make u relax and get stuff off ur mind? suchg as music or a sport... u r a teenager, and with the internet access you have, I'd be worried if u didnt have bad thoughts!

Don't punch yourself, that could just cause worse injuries.
Sometimes to stop smoking people wear a rubber band around their wrist and snap themselves with it when they want a ciggarette. You could do this and snap it when you have these thoughts.

this belongs in the 'mental health' catagory. But to answer your question, no you shouldn't. Running yourself into a wall repeatedly might be better.
