The Church of Satan a) doesn't believe in the actual existence of Satan, and b) probably does get off on teasing Christians, yeah.
However, there is some degree of serious thought behind their philosophy. They see the character of Satan as representative of the elemental power of nature and intellect in human beings, and they celebrate both of these things in every way they can.
They believe firmly in human beings taking responsibility for their actions - eg they don't ever say "the devil made me do that" or "God made me do that" - they believe human beings are powerful creatures once freed from the cotton-wool constraints of a dubious and inconsistent "social" morality. This is why their maxim is "Do what thou will shall be the whole of the law". That doesn't mean they are encouraged to do only "evil" things - but what they do, they tend to do with commitment, with passion, with intelligence, with strength and with personal style (all of which are elements of the "Satan" they see as inherent within human beings).
lol - I guess this means that when a Satanist teases a Christian, they bloody well know they've been teased!

if Satanists are good people by heart, words and actions -- then arent they going to be accepted by God? afterall, God wants good Deeds not religion labelling. or will they be rejected?

Some sects do, but some don't, there's this one sect who believes Satan's asked for pardon and he is admitted to heaven, that is why they worship Satan, too.
