It is called Dog Speak..
Dogs speak, but in different language. And unfortunately it's impossible to learn their language by studying their movements and gestures. Dogs make smirks and gestures with their face and body just like humans do to express their feelings. And some of these gestures are very similar to ones that we do, but can mean totally different things.
