God, what I wouldn't give to be back there! Kiddo, you're only 14. You're probably still growing. Y*O*U* A*R*E N*O*T F*A*T! You're only 3 inches shorter than I, and you'll probably grow 'em... I though I was fat back then, but the other day I found a pic of that time and realized how great I really looked. You are beautiful just the way you are!

although you may be only 14 it is your height that will play the main factor here.

First you should concern your doctor. In my opinion your weight should be according to your height. As your height is 5.7 then you have to lose some weight but how much I can't say. But I am giving you an advice , eat balance diet, do regular exercise early morning , walk in the evening, take proper sleep and last but not the least never lose hope, be positive think positive always believe in ourself that one day you become a pretty girl.

No your not Fat. Your BMI (Body Mass Index is 23.8 and the Normal weight = 18.5-24.9... you see! Also your only 14 and still growing, your body will change alot until your about 18 anyway. Eat right , lots of fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water. No junk food! Keep active, with sports at school or after school or take up a new hobby. Swimming and cycling are great activities to keep healthy and active ....and there fun.
