be open and honest with your spouse..stand united, be loving and fair and remember, the kids didn't ask for their parents to divorce or remarry, his or yours. Be mature adults and keep in mind "what if I were that child, how would I want to be treated?" Make fair judgement calls and focus on being a good parent, not outdoing the other parent. Good luck!

Children no matter who the parents are now you and his. As far as the ex wife/husband are concerned always be respectful even if they are not to you.
