The first question that they will undoubtedly ask is "tell us about yourself," or some variation. Instead of going through your entire biography, you need to talk about how your experience and training relate to the position.
The last question that they will undoubtedly ask is "do you have anything that you wish to add," or some variation. This is your last chance to sell yourself. Have something prepared to say. Oftentimes, people make the mistake of not having anything to say, which ends the interview on a low.
In between those two questions, you may get some sort of situational question to see how you would act.
After the interview, make sure to write a thank-you letter.
