I take good care of my teeth, I brush and floss on a regular basis, I don't smoke or drink coffee, yet they are a yellowish color. It pisses me off that I take such good care of them and they look ugly. Does stress cause your teeth to decay maybe?

Teeth are naturally a yellowish colour. Other contributing shades are brown/yellow/grey. Ask your dentist to show you a shade guide that we use for matching up false teeth. You'll see that there are very few white shades. Most young people are about an A3 (Lumin), which is a light yellow.
But people associate white with cleanliness and beauty, hence the big demand for whitening products. And manufacturers are happy to exploit us. Talk to your dentist about what you want to achieve, and see what he suggests. Ask about the advantages/disadvantages/risks of any treatment.
Whitening toothpastes are really just extrinsic stain removers, and won't do anything for people like you who don't have such vices, so don't waste your money there. Similarly for mouthwashes.
No, stress doesn't cause decay. Decay is a bacterial process. And milk won't change them either.

It could be your liver. Usually if there's something wrong with your liver your eyes and teeth will turn a yellowish color but i'm not trying to scare you or anything. You could just not be brushing them enough.

change your toothpase to rembrant coffee and nicotine stain remover it helps. Also remember never to brush your teeth too much you can be brushing your enamel off. It would also help if like twice a week you dip your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide and brush them with that only then toothpaste.

maybe. if it really bothers you i suggest otc whitening treatments or even professional treatments your teeth may just be like that because of genetics or something. if nothing else works you may consider veneers to permanently cover the stains because these should last if you take such good care of your teeth

the food that u eat can play a role in that...like spicy ones, too hot!

stress is another factor

also...u said that u brush regularly...dont overdo it...n dont aplly too much pressure on teeth...the shiny white tooth enamel tends to wear away...hence, leading to discoloured teeth

solution:
- drink lots of milk for calcium
- u can use crest white strips to whiten teeth
