Are the brown spots like scabs? Sounds very much like eczema to me. This can be an allergy to something, or it can be caused or made worse by stress. See your doctor asap and you will probably be prescribed ointment like Betnovate, or you could ask for something like Eumovate from the pharmacy, which is the strongest you can buy over the counter, and see how you go with that. I'm in UK but if these names mean nothing to your doctor or pharmacist, they can check the international equivalent easily enough. Good luck and above all, try not to scratch or it can get infected!

watery spots .. . i used 2 get this every year .. this is itchy . i get it on the palms and on the sides of the feet. After it dries the palms gets too rough and the skin used to peel off.

this is because of heat . Moisturex is the ointment which will get rid of these. u should apply this on the early stages . which will prevent it from spreading all over .

Cheers.

I have similar problem too. Consult a skin doctor. I suspect the problem could be due to detergent or soap.
I find the creame Dermazone or Supricot very effective. It does not cost much but you must use it sparingly because I am told it contains steroid.

It reminds me of Vesicles. But it sounds a little different. You should go to a Doctor. I did, about every 6 months until I could find a Dr. that could prescribe the right thing.

Best of luck
