My mother allways fried pork chops then put them in with the uncooked scallop potatoes then bakes it all together. YUMMY

Barbecued chicken, ham, fried pork chops, polish sausage, steak..........question should be what meat doesn't go good with scallop potatoes?

Ham goes perfectly with scalloped potatoes. I also like grilled steak.

Beef ribs on the grill. You can do a medium rare steak, too, but since you're going to go to lengths as cooking (homemade I hope, scalloped potatoes, you might as well grill ribs! I make my own homemade BBQ sauce too, but I am NEVER giving that recipe away! LOL Btw, beef ribs in the oven are good too, but they lay in the fat so theyre very greasy. GRILL< GRILL< GRILL! Have fun
