Well you might have a scalp condidtion that needs to be treated by a dermatologist...Try using T-Gel...EXACTLY like it says on the bottle...you have to be consistent if you rerally want to get rid of dandruff so that might mean washing your hair twice a week...also use a good conditioner...if you are caucasian try using Nexxus (pricey I know) or for something a little cheaper and good for all hair try this product by the Organic Root Stimulator people...I am attaching the link to this...Good luck with you hair..

Agree about Nizoral. It's the best anti-dandruff shampoo. But i can only get it thru a GP doctor's clinic and not off the counter. Also, don't wash your hair every day...it takes away the oils. Try also brylcream anti-dandruff cream. Rub just a little bit on your scalp after washing. Best to pair these with good diet - have healthy amounts of carbs, veg and protein; drink lots and lots of water and exercise! I used to have bad dandruff but then i changed my diet, drank lots of water (just plain water!!)... and i took up yoga - a variety of it such as Hot (Bikram) Yoga, Power, Ashtanga- and the dandruff disappeared. When i'm stressed or sometimes i get naughty and eat badly, the dandruff comes back. Good luck!

dandruff is a sign of lack of yeast. you should eat more bread etc. and keep a healthy diet of fruit and vegetables..in addition to this, i know it sounds corny, but use a dandruff shampoo and conditioner. this adds an extra layer of protection so you're head won't itch and flake. Head & Shoulders is the best in UK - i don't know where you're located
i hope this helps.

STOP USING THOSE ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOOS. THEY DON'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM FROM THE ROOTS. BUY CETRIMIDE LOTION. WASH YOUR HAIR THRICE A WEEK WITH A MILD SOLUTION. DON'T USE SHAMPOO THE SAME DAY. USE NEUTRAL AND HERBAL SHAMPOOS ON THE REGULAR BASIS. THE PROBLEM SHALL GO AWAY WITHIN 15 DAYS.

Head and Shoulders Shampoo. Also you should go see a dermatologist. You could possibly have psoriasis.

Nizoral is the superior shampoo. Forget the rest. They are a waste of your money.
