dont use any ordinary products over the counter. eventually it makes it hardder and for worst-your acne and your scars. what you can do is that to know the types of food that can lead to acne?? Shell foods like eggs, prawns, oysters, clam, crabs. These shell foods contributes to excessive acne breakouts on your face and major part of your body, like your back or chest.at times on your scalp as well. This is because those shell foods contains a high range of toxins that can increase your body heat and eventually, procuses oil and these oils clogs your pores and becomes acne in the end. so, avoid eating sheel foods, or you can reduce the intake. then, use fragrance free soap for body and face-best recommended by your skin speacialist, NOT BEAUTICIANS! avoid facial treatments in beauty salon. consult your skin specialist for 6 months and you would see the difference. oh yes, for home remedy, use yogurt-fresh ones, on your face for 10 minutes and rinse it off! yogurt is cool therefore it controls your body heat and prevents more acnes!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

As someone who has suffered with severe cystic acne as well as run-of-the-mill acne for many years, I can offer you a few recommendations of things that worked for me. However, you must keep in mind that finding what works for you may take time. Everyone's skin is different, and what works incredibly well for one person may not necessarily be effective for someone else.

Before I get to specific products, I have a few pieces of advice:
Be sure to wash your pillowcases, and any blankets or sheets that are going to be touching your face, regularly. Preferably, you should wash them once a week, but just try to make sure you wash them as often as you can remember. If your face starts breaking out particularly bad, wash your pillowcases.
Don't touch your face. I know many people who end up worsening their acne by constantly rubbing their faces throughout the day without thinking about it. This irritates the skin and pushes oils and dirt that you may not know is there into your pores. If this is something you do, teach yourself to stop doing it. The less you touch your face, the better.
Keep your hair out of your face, for the same reason you keep your hands off your face.
Try to lower the amount of stress you deal with on a daily basis. Stress causes inflammation, and inflammation causes acne, so keep your stress levels down as often as possible. Try yoga or meditation or reading- whatever it is that helps you.
Make sure you wash your face twice a day: after you wake up in the morning, when your skin has been rubbing against your pillow, blankets, hair, and arms/hands, and before you go to bed at night, after a day of accumulating oil, dirt, and pollution on your skin.
Exfoliate as needed, before cleansing.
**Benzoyl Peroxide.**
Moisturize after cleansing.
If all else fails, see a dermatologist.

Now, onto products. First and foremost, I'll recommend an exfoliating product, but keep in mind that you can make your own exfoliating washes by mixing sugar with your cleanser. You can also just use a damp terrycloth on a wet face to rub dead skin off, but make sure not to overdo it and irritate your skin.

I had a friend with scars from really bad acne and she tried the lightening gel and acne spot treatment from Murad and it worked very well. You might need to use it with a combination of other facial cleansers and treatments though.
