As you seem to stay too much indoors, ask someone to lock your kitchen & go away with the key. (sorry, I was just joking). Infact, if you could do all the household chores all by yourself, then you don't need any other exercise. Chores like, sweeping, mopping, washing clothes, dish washing, drying the clothes, cooking, gardening, babysitting etc. These things will not only help you reduce, but also give you a lot of satisfaction. Try it, you won't lose anything, but, your own weight.

The most effective way would be to become physically active. So unless you have anything in the house to help out with that, your not going to see much of an increase. The other most important thing is eating healthy, and only when necessary. Good luck.

Order some exercise DVD's. Walk Away the Pounds for Abs by Leslie Sansone helped me. It is all easy steps and it really works. Also drinking a lot of water and portioning your food intake. You can eat whatever you want just portion it.

2 b very honest .u can expect 2 sit at home and lose weight..
u have 2 play games and work out in d gym extensively..
But wht u can do at home is thay u can control ur diet and eat only non fat food like vegtables ,fruits etc

Diet, would be a good start. Unless you want walk around your living room 500 times, you might want to reconsider leaving your home. Eat fruits and veggies, and lean protien....go for a couple miles on foot every night...........easy!!!
