Thank you. You make me feel totally normal and that I'm not the only one. Fortunately I'm a female but then it's still a problem because in the middle of it all I loose concentration and then I don't enjoy it anymore that I just want the guy out of me. It's not to say I hate sex it's just that the enjoyment and concentration goes away for a while that in the end I'm not interested anymore.

I don't really think there is anything wrong with us per say it's probably just the concentration. We probably can't concentrate on one thing especially sex which requires 100% attention and concentration all at once.

It happens all the time - and not just to men - although it is easier for women to "catch up" again. I think it is a sign of the hectic lifestyles we lead. Unfortunately it can also become habit. Sometimes the problem becomes the focus. Try setting the mood a bit, romantic or overtly sexual - candles and soft music dont do it for everyone. In a loving relationship you should be able to talk to your partner about it and try different things. If all else fails go see your doc - good luck

if you lose concentration during sex then you are probably having sex with the wrong person. are you sure you lose concentration before you lose your erection? or is it the other way round? consult a doctor, i did and my sex life has never been better. good luck

is it possible you are stressing?

stress can hurt you in that respect..

dont think about what your doing, just enjoy the pleasures of doing..

maybe the 2 of you can start off with sensual massages (will help you relax) then go on to foreplay but dont think so much just do what comes natural ..

however if you find you keep having issues then yes i would consult a doctor but try destressing first

Focus Focus Focus...........
Just relax and chill (not too much) you will lose your concentration!!!
You are not running a race, just take it nice and easy...........
Get your partner to stimulate you, and vice versa, the lose of erection is normal, don't beat yourself up about it.
