I guess the closest thing that I can think of is Buddhism. Its one of the only world religions that does not believe in a God or gods, but it does believe in a heaven of sorts. It is called Nirvana and it isnt so much a place, but just an escape from the suffering of life. I believe some Buddhists compare it to total annihilation, but I could be wrong....

This is similar to an earlier question about hell. Here is a cut and paste from that, just replace hell with heaven...

"Buddhists do not believe in a God(s).

Hell can be a description for a state of mind after death, but it is by no means eternal and it is not a physical place. Psychologically speaking, it is one of many possible dreamlike states or visions that are dependent on your mental condition at death. "

And with a slight clarification:

Again, heaven would just be a *description* for a particular mental dreamlike stage after death. It would not be enlightenment ('nirvana' which is also possible at death). 'Heaven' is not eternal in that you would leave that vision and eventually be reborn.

It seems that Boudhism fullfils your creterias. Originally Budhism was not a religion. Boudha never presented itself as a God or as a God's prophet. But if nirvana is haeven, then there is a Bhoudist heaven.
