do you have any spots that itch constantly believe me you'll know it if you have them just remember they will itch worse than anything you've ever felt before and you should think you're friend for warning you that could be a bit embarrassing (animals can get scabies to) so if you have any call a vet to get the shampoo for them or you'll get them back again

Unless the lease provides otherwise, if you are both on the lease, you are both responsible to the landlord for the full rent. How you divide it between you is between you and your roommate. If you have an agreement with your roommate that she will pay 1/2 the rent, then she should pay the balance to you. The landlord does have a say in who subleases; but, can't withhold permission unreasonably. Moreover, if you or the landlord deny permission for her to sublease, you may be on the hook for the entire amount.
