The answer is: no. The rate hair grows is related to your metabolism and heredity. Applying a chemical to your scalp may cause harm to the roots and therefore a decrease in rate of growth, but that is because of the damage to the hair follicles. Do enough damage, and you will lose your hair. Nothing you ear will promote or reduce the rate of hair growth. So, no, these things you mention will have little to no effect on the rate your hair grows provided these things do not damage the follicles. The hair treatments which promote hair regrowth are simply reactivating existing follicles which went dormant, but do not change the rate at which hair grows. The cells which grow your hair all over your body are related tot he cells which grow finger and toe nails, which are chemically the same as your hair by the way. So, if you were able to increase the rate your hair grows, so also would your finger and toe nails grow in proportion. Are you prepared for that as well? Just wondering... especially about the "mane and tail shampoo" you mentioned. Are you a show horse?

This will stimulate the very feeling of your scalp. It's for the body but I use it in my hair I put it in the night before then wash in the morning and it really makes my scalp feel very fresh. Once you have done it you'll know what I mean.

Ask any balding man and you'll find out that there's nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster, but it will look a lot nicer if you continue to take care of it as you are.

My daughter "the stylist" suggest the best way to help your hair grow is to have it "BARELY TRIMMED" on the day of a new moon. It certainly helped the grandaughters (4) plus the daughter herself all have long beautiful hair.
