Probably caramel apples. All the treats you listed have huge amounts of either fat, sugars, or bad carbohydrates, or all of the above, because they're pastries (or fat fiestas, like creme brulee and gelato). At least caramel apples have the apple underneath; the sugar content is probably less than everything else as well. Mmm...I'm hungry.

Actually most of the choices you gave included some fruit. I'd go for the caramel apples as they are the lowest in fat.

i think german chocolate cake would be the healthiest. it provides all your essential proteins and nutrients for survival. you need fat, protein and carbs to function like a human being. the only thing i see wrong with this choice is that it doenst have enough fiber, in which case you should eat it with a bag of spinach.

I saw a thing on gelato on the food network and it is much healthier than ice cream. I would try that.

Ask if they have sugar-free desserts (gelatin) perhaps a very small piece of carrot cake.

Ask them how many calories and fat grams in the cookies.

You did not describe what kind of cookies they are.

If you are truly concerned about fat calories and carbs, you'll go to the fruit market. And drink water or diet drinks, not juices.
