We are in an interracial relationship. She's black and i'm white. We always get rude comments and stares from family as well as strangers. Alabama is not the best place for interracial couples, but i really want to make it work with her.

The answer is help you gf develop a healthy self-image. The more someone accepts themself, the less they'll care about the opinions of others.

If she does not develop a healthy self image... get out of the relationship. If she can't love herself, she'll never be able to truely love you.

If you love each other race shouldn't matter. And honestly it no one elses business, they aren't the ones in the ralationship. Tell her to toughen up a little, anythind worth having is worth fighting for. Good luck

Tell her something like this

You have absolutely no control over what other people think.

You do however have control over what you think and the way you see things.

People are going to talk sh!t and be negative regardless of what you want, you have the decision to let it influence your life or not.

Tell her that in "LOVE" there is no racial discremination weather you are white and shes black. Go for it, enjoy the love that you feel with each other dont mind what other people say. Love conquers all.
