Try just eating less and then Add some Tae Bo in the mix! I love Tae BO I never get bored of it its so entertaining and gives you a great workout while teaching something fun =) Or every day for an hour try Turning on your favorite CD and just Dance Dance Dance!! You cant dance For several hours a week and not lose anything and its the funnest thing you can do ... I know I love to dance =)

It depends on how big you are to begin with. If you have a 30 inch waist, then I'd say no, unless you plan on starvation. However, someone with say, a 50 inch waist, could fairly easily lose 12 inches in 75 days.

yep, eat 500 calories less to lose a pound a week. Or eat nothing but fruit and veggies and doo doo ya lbs away.
