i'm a teenager and i'm really skinny, wat can i do so i can b fat??

Work out, and eat your spinach. Just kidding, don't do that.........protien builds muscle, but don't over do it. You're young, so you may have to be patient as your body develops.

There is a healthy level of body fat, which you can see on various height-weight charts.

I'd suggest that you look to build muscle mass instead, which is much more healthy, and much better looking. Your local YMCA or exercise club can help you there.

Finally, I'd suggest learning to love your body build. Female runway models are usually "really skinny", and people think they're attractive. Guys have it tougher, but most runners, bicyclists, etc are skinny guys, and they tend to get dates too. Humans are created with all sorts of body builds, and each is beautiful in its own way provided it is healthy... and happy!

I've been trying to gain weight for 15 years now (no joke) the only weight i gained was muscle from lifting weights. hit some protein. I'm 33 and I've weighed the same since i was 18. also geek49203 runway models are nasty and sickly

Be grateful you are thin! You are healthy that way. Later you will gain weight. And you will outlive others too!
