I'm pretty sure you would have to go through the hospital or your doctor and be put on a transplant list. I can't imagine going around asking people...that sounds like your in the middle ages! Good luck with the transplant, you sound very brave and optimistic about the whole thing, which is always a big plus when it comes to your health.

Ask the local newspapers and the local churches to put the word out that a girl in the community is in need of a kidney, if you are interested in helping her please contact the hospital ___ to find out about testing to see if you could be a possible donor. It is about saving your life, and you and your family should be doing everything in your power to do whatever it takes. I think if u tell about your need to ur dear ones ,any of them will b too happy to donate his or her kidney for your life. go to the hospital and sign up on a sheet they have for kidney transplants...or hire a very attractive woman get her to get a guy to go back to her hotel room tehn she slips him a roofie (its a date rape drug) hell be knocked out for hours then you fill the bathtub with ice put him in there cut him open remove the kidney and if ur nice ull sow him back up and call 911 saying tehres a guy in a tub beeding then youve got a kindey
