yes, of course you'll lose weight that way. You can eat what ever you want as long as the calorie count doesn't go over a certain amount of calories per day. Like, you eat nothing but chocolate as long as the calories add up to 1,200 calories per day. So yes, you will lose weight by only drinking the "Slim-fast" only I don't recommend that...be careful...you are so beautiful..no matter what!.......good luck... ;)

Yes, you will lose weight. This is because your appetite will be suppressed, and you won't eat as much. You'll lose faster if you mix the powder with water instead of milk.
HOWEVER....
When you stop the shakes then it will all come back, and add a few pounds just for grins.
What you need isn't a diet, but a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Seriously. You need to eat differently, finding foods that you like that fill you up w/o making you fat. You also need to exercise regularly, until the day you die.
The reason that the shakes (and pills, fasts, etc) don't make for long-term weight loss is that they don't change your lifestyle.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

You could, but you'd need to take vitamins and you'd miss food. Trust me, I've tried it. Your calorie intake would also fall too low and might backfire into starvation mode/gaining weight from almost no calories. Instead of the 3d shake eat a small meal and work out. It will be healthier and work just as well.

The main point of diet is to eat food with balance and proper neutrition istead of the amount of the food you eat. How are you doing to do your work if you don't eat any starch during your meals? Lossing weight might be important to you, but a healthy diet can keep you healthy and make sure that you would loss some weight.

That's not healthy - you need to eat a nice balanced meal for dinner. Slim Fast can only provide you with so much in terms of nutrition - you need real food. Of course, if you'd rather eat lunch you can do that instead as long as you can make it healthy. I wouldn't recommend breakfast though because breakfast foods tend to be unhealthy.

No, your body still needs nourishment, water and exercise. Slim Fast works yes but not as a sole provider for a healthy lifestyle. Talk with your physician regarding a safe and effective diet plan so you can lose weight, feel great and stay in great health.

yes it would be possible but also very unhealthy. You also won't keep the weight off for long. You'll get bored and start eating regular food again....the weight will come back with a vengence. Try weight watcher's, it's healthier and your more likely to keep it off.

Yes, you'll lose weight -- you'll also lose your life.
Slimfast does NOT contain all the nutrients you need to live. You could do that for a few days, but it would harm your health. Don't do it, please. :)
