You should be able to take your dog to the vet in the morning and pick her up at the end of the day.
If there are any concerns sometimes your vet will want to keep her in overnight for observation.
You should keep her in a crate overnight if she comes home the same day. This will prevent any tearing of any stitches.
The vet will probably tell you to keep her quiet and not let her run around for a couple days.

Some Vet want them to spend the night.
Just call the vets office and ask what day he spays and what else you need to know. You can call back to make the appointment if you want to think which day you want to take her.
They may tell you: feed Nothing after 8pm bring the dog into the office by 9am. and when it should be ready to come home. probably anytime the following day. They will tell you if they want it to spend the night or not.

I don't know if her being albino will make a difference, but when I had my 1 year old Lab spayed, she went to the Vet in the morning and I took her home that late afternoon. She came home drugged up and seemed to be in no pain, but there are some special care needs that your Vet should discuss with you. Please..... go talk to your Vet prior to surgery, they will be more than happy to give you whatever information you need!!

Yeah I agree with the other two but i do have two dogs i have had spayed and neutered! My male dog Buddy (55 lb Lab Mix) they kept him overnight my female dog maggie (15 lb Dachshund) got back to me before they closed! Im not sure but usually overnight! Anyway i can't remember what it is called but for buddy they charged me a little extra and gave him a pain medication and its like he didnt even know anything happened to him! But with Maggie they didnt offer it and i had to baby her for 3 days feeding her taking her out helping her potty etc.. But it is the smart thing to do this world is already to overpopulated by dogs a lot of which are abused or mistreated! Everybodys experience is different but its the best thing to do for you and you buddy!

If there are no complications, and your vet determines that your dog is healthy, then there is no reason that he shouldn't send her home the same day that she is spayed.
She wont be herself for a day or two afterwards due to anesthetic and being a bit sore from the surgery, but after about three days she should be back to her old self.

less than a day then you need to keep her from having too much exercise to prevent the stitches from busting and for a whole day before you get the dog spayed no food or water

I think it depends on the size of the dog and how well they tolerate the surgey , spay/neutering is now often done as same day surgery.

Most vets just keep them over night. You pick her up the next morning unless they have a problem.
