it may be an allergic reaction. make sure she is breathing OK first. ask her if her throat hurts or feels tight. Like the other person said, give her some benadryl. this is what doctors give in the ED first when they are presented with these symptoms.
They are going to ask is she has eaten anything new. or taken any new medication. did she just get immunized for something? Did you start a new soap or laundry detergent. Any of these could be the cause for a rash. Just make sure it is not affecting her airways. call the doctor office.

You better consult a skin specialist right away. Look for similar rashes on her back or hands. This could be a system of measles.
Meantime please wash her face with plain water and no soap to be used. Dabt the wet face with a turkeytowel. Now take half-a-teaspoon of coconut oil, add three drops of cucmber (vellarikai) juice and three drops of tulsi juice. Mix these thoroghly for two minutes. Apply this mixture on the face with the ring finger slowly clockwise and anticlockwise. In two days time the rashes should go.

Could be a skin allergy of some type. Has she started using a new cream or lotion on her face? Not for nothing, but not knowing you or your daughter, does she wear any type of makeup, if she does, is she using a new brand? Best thing to do is take her to the doctor and arrange for an allergy test.

I would check to see if your adding an ingredient in your food that you just started using regularly...or if you are putting something on her face like a lotion ...some people are allergic to perfumes in soap or lotions, or shampoo, or even toilet paper..a doctor could lead you in the right direction...
