Do something that you like and is fun.
You may have to experiment with different things to know what that is for you. If you like the outdoors, try exercising outside: walking, riding a bike, etc.
If you'd prefer to be indoors, there are alot of things you can do: rent exercise videos, go to a gym and you could even do that with a friend. I like exercise classes because you can workout and socialize.
Having an exercise partner, may be great or you might prefer solo. I found that listening to the music I like motivates me. For me, it's something with a fast beat and positive words.
Don't weigh yourself everyday. Try just once or so a week. Go by how you look in the mirror and how clothes fit. Give youself at least a month before you expect to see changes. In two months you'll really start to see something. The first month, you'll notice changes in how you feel, your mood, sleep, etc.
Good luck and remember this, "if you can believe it, you can achieve it" that helped a friend of mine lose over 100 lbs!

Always keep in mind that nobody ever complained about losing weight and getting fit. After a while, when you look good and feel good, and clothes fit better, remember how it used to be. I have been working out for over thirty years and I still despise it. However, the alternatives are worse. the second you are finished with your workout, you will feel better. If I could do it so can you.

Put a fat picture up.
After my first baby (which I gained lots) I lost it all. The world looked differently at me. I was respected more. Shallow, but true!
Now, I am not noticed as much since I just had my 3rd baby. The feeling of looking good and feeling confident is amazing.
Just remember, you might not lose anything at first. You will build muscle in order to burn off fat and weight might not change for a month or more. Don't get discouraged. Suddenly, it will melt off.
Good luck.

I write different cases too, yet I continuously make it a factor to do Sunday mornings, so as that no remember how distracted or annoying existence gets i'm nevertheless making a minimum of a few progression a week. as a exchange of continuously focusing on the top purpose of having printed, attempt to relish a while writing. placed on some stable music. in case you at the instant are not in the temper for writing some thing new, try reviewing and modifying as a exchange. The extra you write, the extra valuable you will get.

You gotta get a workout buddy... That worked for me, whenever I didn't feel like going, I knew my buddy would be there at the gym waiting for me, so I'd get up and go. Turns out she was thinking the same thing, but it got our butts in the gym every day!
Good luck with your program, stick to it, even if it seems like you're not getting the results you want, because with time YOU WILL!
