Sadly, at the moment most of the human race is oblivious to the zombie threat. So there are no zombie insurance agencies. However, I would like to give you some advice on your choice of weapons.
Only use a chainsaw with a hoard of zombies, and then still be carefull. The chainsaw will cut through your flesh as easily as zombie flesh. Also, as you said, make sure you've got plenty of fuel. The shotgun is okay, but load it with slugs. They work long and short range, while the classic spread-shot only works short range.
