After 2 weeks and man was it hard as hell I finally confronted her. I had to start a conversation somehow so this is how it went.

Me: Hey I was wonderin where you got your lip ring done at?
Her: Oh at the Vadik...
Me: Where?
Her: The Vadikkan
Me: Oh nice how long it take to convince your parents.
Her: Like one day
Me: Cmon really how long
Her: Hehe really one day
Me: Haha well my names Gary what's yours?
Her: Mines Crystal

Well this kinda sucked cause while we were talkin down the hall I ended the conversation early because we ran into one of her friends. I didn't want her or myself to feel more uncomfortable. But as we were talking she seemed realy shy as she was talking very quietly and she did blush. But she smiled the whole time. Now I don't know my next approach I'm thinking of saying Hi to her down the halls every chance I get and occasionally starting another conversation but I just don't know how to do it.

Also once I get to know her it turns out my sister knows her pretty well so I'm gonna see what I can do to get to know her better than see if I can get my sister to invite her over one day. But I need some tips on how to open up to a shy quiet girl.

Just be nice to her. Be yourself, and make her laugh. Don't try to put up a front or anything. = ) She's a normal girl, just a little shy, and so she will respond to the same things. Every girl loves a guy who can make them laugh, so try that.

next time she passes you in the hall, make sure she is looking at you and wink at her......she'll blush, smile and so will you.

sit with her at lunch....yes she is shy, but she smiled at you the whole time which means she liked you. I know, I was the shy one that thought nobody every noticed me....except one guy Eric Holiday...but ya know what........everybody knew who I was at the 20 year reunion.....they all knew my name, I barely recognized the guy had a major crush on!

ask her to a movie, you don't need to talk much.... don't be pushy either! go for a walk after the movie that way you both can get to know one another.... good luck!

Be a good time. Make her laugh. Take it slow.
