Hopefully this won't make Yahoo mad..
Go to Google maps, enter the city name, and then hold your mouse over the red marker in the center -- it'll give you lon/lat coordinates :)

Go to the North Pole.
Start walking towards city, counting your steps.

When you get there turn right, start counting again and keep going.

When you get back to where you started from multiply the two numbers together - take away your age, have a really nice, strong, hot cup of tea and that's it.

Microsoft Streets and Maps have a thing uner tools to show GPS lat and long

I think Google Earth does also.

go to an inset map with the lines going across, find the city, and try to estimate where it is along the line degrees
