Young people always want to play with someone older. Why they want to grow up so quickly is just human nature. You get to a point in life that you don't want to be treated like a kid anymore. When an older guy dates a younger woman, I think the woman my feel that she has found some one that can see her as a woman and not as a child. She is looking for recognition as a woman from a man. It is hard to get this from someone your own age, because you see them the same as your parents see you, which is not quite adult.
The problem with younger guys is the maturity level. Women mature faster than men and they find the conversation of older men more interesting and less juvinile.
What does the older guy get out of it. That should be something that she should ask on a regular baisis.

Dating a person that is older than you can produce two kinds of results:
a) When you are a mature person you're going to feel very comfortable with your couple and you'll be able to experience different forms of living, playing, and doing things.
b) There's an inconvenience. Sometimes the older person is going to make you feel out of your generation, he is going to treat you as a girl (if you want to feel like a woman, because most of the old guys want someone to take care of). Learning with an older guy, might be dangerous for a person that is no ready to experience new situations. An example is a friend of mine who wanted to know more from life and sex. She got hemorroids because the guy (according to him) was an expert on anal sex, and she wasn't prepared for that.
Human relationship is so difficult to develop there's no right or wrong. Everything depends on what you expect from people, and what you are willing to give.

age does not have anything to do with maturity or "experience" the one thing young girls don't realize is that older guys may have "experience" but is it the kind of "experience" you are looking for. If you are with an older guy, you should be asking the question, why is he not taken by girls his own age. The answer: he is full of ****, and girls his own age know it, and he has to seek younger girls who are too dumb and nieve to know the difference. Guys you're own age may seem "immature" but the reality is so are you and the rest of the girls out there. Both parties are immature so why not mature and grow with someone who can share in the experiences.

It is better to date someone your own age so that he will respect you and not be an opportunist or act like a father to you. He may be looking for a nurse-maid-servant if he is a lot older.

Well from being an older man myself.Sometimes guys that are younger are not ready to truly commit their selves to one woman. They don't know what they want from life and most younger guys can not fully please a woman sexually.
