Besides illegals? This is not an "illegal" category, it's immigration. And since most people here do not consider "illegals" are immigrants...why call them that? Call them outlaws, uneducated aliens...it suits them way better! Just request a new category, "Damn ******* illegals!" Jk. You can help soon to be LEGAL immigrants (Yahoo users) on how to get use to American life instead of looking down on them and assume they are illegal too...cause they are NOT! They waited years, decades, LEGALLY!
AND please make sure you know I am talking about LEGALS and don't wander off ranting about illegals again. I always get that!

We are cool with legals. They aren't the reason we are on this page, but if they have a question we can help with, we would be happy to help.

And they would be wise to double check any advice given, no matter how well meaning...

This debate has been going on in the immigration category for quite some time now. I have suggested several websites that assist immigrants in becoming American citizens. We have economic and security issues relating to this subject, so it is perfectly natural for people to get a little haired up. www.uscitizenship.info and another useful site is www.usimmigrationsupport.org United States Visas and citizenship. Green card applications. Etc. Anything worth obtaining can be time consuming. Peace.

Just to enlighten you Immigration is both illegal and legal.
75% of all Mexican today in the USA are here illegally. 80% of all expired visas or overstays from Mexico are also Illegal.
More illegals enter the USA then legal immigrants yearly.
Now if you don't like the topic move to another one.

Your problem is you live in a world of denial. Wake up or move on.

You make a good point.Immigrating to any country is hard. The cultural clash alone is unbelievable.Along with the different language idioms that change from state to state or region to region.
My Italian boyfriend and I went across the USA.He wanted to see my beautiful country.Though he speaks excellent English half the time he wasn't sure what people were really talking about.Because what a saying means in New York did not always have the same meaning in California or New Mexico. It drove him crazy.

Isnt safe to assume because its true that most of the legal immigrants you are backing up(and I do as well) were at some point illegal themselves? Because the majority that I know, and trust me I know plenty, came here illegally first, lived and worked here and then became legal. It is not as common for Mexicans to start their paperwork and immigration cases in Mexico and wait there until they are approved. BTW outlaws actually sounds cool!! LOL!

Then if you are bored why do you come in here? IF i was bored with something i would change what i was doing. But it does get old defending my opinion about illegal immigration and i still like coming in here. But i also jump around in Q and A's so it doesn't get so monotonous.
