i dont want to tone them so much, more of just making them smaller

Stair steppers helped me! Also if you can find time to go for a walk everyday even if its only for 20 min it will help =) My In-laws live a mile away during the summer i put my kids in the wagon and walked over to their house and it helped me tone my legs up quite a bit =) also if you have stairs at your home try running up and down them for 10 min a day, it not only tones your legs it burns calories... try this site it tells you how many calories you burn =) I hope i was able to help

hmmm.... it depends on what's in there!

Are you built like a bicyclist or tap dancer, with massive muscles in the thighs?

Or do you have fat deposits on the thighs, looking like there is bubble wrap under the skin?

If it is the latter, then I'd suggest a general LIFESTYLE CHANGE where you raise your exercise level while changing what you eat. Sadly, most women lose fat from their breasts first (pout) and their thighs last, but it eventually does happen.

I'm a guy, and I lurrrrve thick thighs mmmmmm :-D

especially when girls wear those small khaki shorts, and their thighs fill out the whole leg opening.... that's sooo hot.

you can do a number of excersize routines including leg lifs etc... baggedda baggeda... swimming helps especially if you grab a kick board... but sexorcise is the best anwser... defineatly lets get it on to some sir mix a lot ****! you can do side bends or sit ups... but please don't loze that butt!

theres a special machine that deals with that target area at ur local gym, eat right and get movin...

use them a lot - walking, jogging, biking, swimming, exercise machines etc
