My family lives over 100 miles from the nearest international airport. I'm wondering what place in the continental U.S. is located the farthest from an international airport. Please don't just guess, and do cite your source(s).

Clarification: The international airports can be in any country, but the farthest point must be in the continental U.S.

Are foreign airports included in the international airport search? For example, if the answer was Coyote Canyon Idaho, but it was near to an international canadian airport, than would that rule out Coyote Canyon if it were closer to that airport than other cities, but further from any other US international airport?

Any airport that has permanent customs and Immigration stations are classified International airports. Also must have international arrivals. There are some small airports that have these personnel on call for some private aircraft, but are not international airports. To figure out the farthest point from one of these is not going to be easy.
