She is bored ....... border collies need a lot of stimulation. Do you have toys for her? Kongs full of tidbits she has to work to get out. Even a come full of peanut butter.

Keep him busy Border collie are on of the smartest breads...this is why he is digging out of bordem try some games...just challenge him. Dogs need stimulation just like people do and keeping them locked up in a backyard would drive anyone crazy.

Dogs usually dig when they are bored. You can cure this by cutting off their front legs. (just kidding)!! You have a high strung dog. Perhaps some toys in the backyard to play with or something along those lines.

Hi butterfly, You need to catch her in the "act" of digging. When/If you do, scold him/her, then "bite" their ear [hard enough to make them yelp]. Repeat this method until you see results. Hi Butterfly. It's T M with the BUDDY (Beat me up story). I couldn't email you so I do apologize for reaching you this way. It has nothing to do with your question. This only happened 2 weekends ago.
