I am 38 Weeks Preg , I will soon have my be having my daughter.
I am concerned about vaccinations that contain mercury. I already have a relativly high level of mercury. My little brother turned completley and irreapareably Autistic after he finished his full first vaccinations.

So I desire to avoid mercury containing vaccinations ?
Has anyone else had any exsperince with them ?
I heard i need to sign a waiver to avoid the vaccination even before my daughter is born.

Any advice / Links ect would be much appreciated.

Oh, do not get me started on this subject. I have been trying to tell my hubby about these mercury laden vaccinations. I have done so much research it scares me. But, my husband, dad, mom, sister, friends and in laws tell me I have to give it to them. So, reluctanly I have had to give them the vaccinations.

The one you really want to avoid is the MMR until they are 2 or 3. I will NOT give it to my twin girls until then.

There are so many websites you can go to about mercury posioning. Now. if you really love your doctor and would never question him or her, good for you, I personally do not trust any of my doctors, mine or my babies. They will only show you the literature they want you to read and say what they want you to hear.

Do some research. Here, I will help you get started.

The one thing I do do before taking my babies to get their shot is PRAY over their body, mind and spirit. In the end and beginning, this is the ONLY thing we can do and control. Because only GOD is in control.

I hope this has helped you...

Talk to your pediatrician. I found out that the newer vaccinations contain very little mercury. You can get more mercury by eating certain kinds of fish. I am not downplaying what happened to your brother that is very sad and tragic, but if the vaccine did cause the autism (which still can't be proven) it happens to a very very very small amount of children. When I had to make the decision on whether or not to immunize my child I looked up the diseases I was vaccinating against and realized that they are much more dangerous and prevelant that autism. Whooping cough, measles, mumps, rubella, chicken pox, flu, if he wasn't immunized there is a bigger chance of catching one of those diseases. He is now 18 months old and totally normal. Hope this helps!

The risks of not having the vaccination is hirer then the risk of a bad side effect. Some schools are now requiring more vaccination because of the reappearance of some old viruses. I would ask your doctor about this one.

Just ask for single dose vaccines. It when they ship multi doses in a large bottle that they put mercury in the bottle as a preservative. (What are they thinking!)

It is so good that you are questioning this. It is very important to make an informed decision about vaccines.

I would highly recommend lurking at this site http://www.mothering.com/discussions/forumdisplay.php?f=47 and then asking some questions of the extremely knowledgeable mams there.
