It is just a rumor that only cartoons get dollar signs and other significant symbols in their eyes on certain occasions. For instance, on my wedding day I actually had hearts in my eyes. On hubby's payday I ALWAYS get dollar signs and when my husband is in the mood, but I'm tired, little zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's actually come out of my head!!!

If they happen to be looking at money symbols you might see the reflection of money symbols in their eyes.
