Somewhere out there as long as the format of the homework is to the standard of the machine probably. Except to obtain that machine will probably take at least a couple hundred thousands at this point in time because however simple the concept may be, the execution must be tenfolds more complicated.
In other words, no one has found reason to make a program that does their homework for them because 1. it will take longer to make the actual program and 2. not all answers are exact unless dealing with math and 3. it is virtually impossible to get an appropriate answer for such subjects as English and Science

Yes. It's called YOUR BRAIN. What happens is, your brain reads something, scans for the correct answer in it's memory, and directs you to write it down on paper. And ready for the best part? IT'S TOTALLY FREE!
Why did you want to know if there was a program? Is something wrong with your brain? Is your memory low? Do you have enough RAM installed in you?

One of these days there will be a website that you will log into for your homework. The results will automatically go back to the teacher...
There will be no more "the dog ate it" excuses but I guess you could have "my ISP was down". You could always print it if you wanted to.
