Any color hair.
Everyone in my family has blue eyes. Some are blond(e), some are brunette and some have black hair or just really dark brown that looks black unless it is out in the sun.
I do note that the blond(e) ones tend to darken as they get toward twenty years old.
I was blonde in my youth, but turned to light brown at 19 years old. My brother is still more blond than brown haired.

blue eyes indicate fair skin, and light colored hair. while this is not always the outcome when it comes right down to what genes a person is born with, the majority of people with blue eyes have blond hair, or very light red hair, and sometimes light brown hair.
with today's technology, a person can dye their hair any color, (including black) and can have it look completely natural, if they're willing to pay for a professional dye job.

I don't believe there is a typical hair color for blue eyes.

It could be beach blonde or dark brown hair color, if you want to help your blue eyes really stand out, us a black eye liner or mascara or make your lashes extra long and dark, trust me it will look great, with blonde or brown hair.

Usually blonde, but it could be any color; black, brown, red, blonde, etc. I have dark blonde hair and blue/green eyes. Not blue-green, but green rimmed by blue.
