Just because a particular diet pill worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. Of course they work.
And, the minute you stop taking them, the weight comes back, because you haven't changed your lifestyle during the weight loss.
If you want to lose the weight, and keep it off, you need to find a LIFESTYLE, not just a diet, that keeps the weight off. Basically, you need to change what you're eating, and change your exercise level. Diet pills don't do either of those for you.
