a plant's physiology is quite different from an animal. i dont believe plants have brains like animals. plants respond to environmental triggers.

All my plants got zeros on the SATs because they didn't even bubble in their names. What dummies. The lazy bastards just want to sit there and soak up some rays.
Maybe someone can tell us about a really smart plant and I'll get a few to clean my dishes, etc.

Eggplant. Hence the expression "egghead" for a smart person.
Also, a water smartweed (I didn't make this up) has been known to hold it's own on many IQ tests.
Check into it.

I heard of a plant in the Amazon that was so smart that it has eluded capture for many years. So measuring its IQ has been impossible.
