There is some advantage to doing the 60 in a row. Doing the 4 sets of small reps could tend to build your ab muscles, thus increasing their size. Don't want to do that I ;think. So they say doing big reps tends to prevent building of muscles, leading to toning.

60 in a row will produce more results than 15 repeated but 15 over 4 sessions are better than not doing any at all.

Do 60 in a row once daily for 7 days, then do 15x4/day for 7 days.


Every body type will respond with more positive results from the first option.
