Lately my rectum has been hurting and burning a bit on and off and when I go to the bathroom it hurts sometimes. Also when I wipe theirs always a little bit of blood on the tissue. I don't even have to go to the bathroom and there will be blood on the tissue if I wipe there. also it looks like there is a lump there but im not sure. im really worried. I don't think its a hemmroid because most of the time i dont feel it there and it doesn't itch. what could this be?

Sounds like you've got piles.
Try a colon/bowel cleanse.

It sounds like hemeroids. Most of the time you'll only notice them when they flare up. Don't worry yourself too much and whatever you do don't do massive research on the internet because you'll only scare yourself more. In other words, wait for the doctors diagnosis lol. Last year I diagnosed myself with asaphogal cancer by searching my symptoms on the internet. I worried myself until I was sick! My blood pressure at one hospital visit was 160/124 because of stress. It ended up only being acid reflux...heartburn lol. Just relax and wait for the doctor to tell you that you have cancer. Until then enjoy being cancer free :)

Honestly, it sounds like a hemorrhoid to me - they don't necessarily have to itch. Your imagination will be going wild until you get to the doctor but I would fall on the side of it being nothing to worry about.
As you say you are planning to see a doctor, you are doing the right thing. Try to keep things in proportion until you do. Chances are you are fine but it's good to have a doctor put your mind at rest.
Good luck.

Hemorrhoids don't itch in everyone. Sounds like them to me. Are you having anal sex? It is very dangerous and can cause fishers. So can constipation. Be sure you drink plenty of water. I'm glad your seeing a doctor. good luck to you.
