The Holy Bible says "vengance is mine saith the Lord." So, pray that God repay if He thinks that's in order.
You should "turn the other cheek." And,
follow the Golden Rule.
"Do unto others as you would like others to do to you."

I have lived long enough to know that revenge usually hurts the person giving out the revenge more than it hurts the person that the revenge is against.
Karma will take care of him. He will get what he deserves...maybe not right away but life has a way of evening things out in the end.
The best revenge is for you to be happy and successful...that coud drive him nuts. If not...who cares. You are smart enough to move on and move on happy without him.

DitR is right. Wanna know what I did when I had the same feelings for my lost love? I looked up all the references to revenge in the Bible and read each one. It was painful but it did me good.
You can even get the Bible in pdf now and search for revenge.
In any case, get something else to occupy your mind. You are bigger than this.

I think it's perfectly normal as long as you don't do anything about it. That reminds me of the old song "Further on up the Road" by Bobby Blue Bland. If you get a chance, listen to it. It says it all.

your wasting emotions. if hes an ex then the best thing to do is forget him and move on. dont let your hatred burn a hole in you, because if hes as bad as you say then he wont care how you feel and might even get off on knowing he still has power over you even if its just knowing you hate him.

No, it isnt bad.
You are human! And it is compeltely normal to feel that way. He hurt you---he was a selfish jerk!
But try to control your thoughts and dont kill him. =)
Good luck!

quell your thirst for revenge, it's not healthy, but if you can't help it: "A good life is always the best revenge."
