He lost his job so he had to move in with us. However he is always walking around nude. It's nasty to look at. I told my mom but she just laughed and said grow up.

Wow. He really should not be doing that. If your mother or another adult won't say something to him, you might have to ... or just avoid him as much as possible!

The first part of my answer is just for humor, I guess. Take photos of your uncle and save them for uses that might be embarrassing. Nothing illegal, mind you!!! Also, point to his male organ and laugh heartily, saying you've never seen one so small before.
More seriously, you need to talk with a counselor to get a professional opinion if this bothers you tremendously. Is your uncle very unsightly, as in fat, obese, full of tatoos, or is he good looking with a trim, athletic body. If the latter, it is not so bad. If he is in terrible shape, I am sympathetic with your point of view. In that case, see a counselor for sure as to what your options are. There may be legal actions you can take.

That is NASTY.
and it's not at all the 'done' thing.
Am guessing perhaps he is depressed hence the bizzare behaviour.
People who have really low esteem wise do stuff like that apparently.
Does he stay in bed most of the day too?
If your mom is sticking up for him and it's her house you have to lay low I am afraid.
Being rude to him or your mum about him being in the scud will make it worse.
Maybe if you can afford his favourite type of bathrobe, perhaps give him that as a present?

You should be outraged!!!
This is unhealthy on many levels.
Demand clothing on him or at least a verbal warning and heads up.
You have to get away from the sight of your uncle in that state period.
Mom seems confused, oblivious and/or kidding herself and you and the uncle.

Is your uncle a nudist I ask cause he is always walkind around naked you say.I would simply say to him to cover his twig and berries or at least wait till no one was around to fly free like a jay bird.

Take one of those 2 million candlepower spotlights and spotlight him when he does it.
If he wants everybody in the house to see his unit, make sure everyone in the neighborhood can see it too.

I wish I could offer mature advice in this situation to help you out...but I've got two solutions in mind:
1. two can play at the nudist game, make him know how it feels, and be sure to sit on his bed often
2. open the blinds, maybe it will make him feel different about his ways...

Make him feel small, and poke lots of fun, if your mom thinks you're the one that needs to grow up, start saying some grown up stuff. That is really gross!

talk to your uncle and tell him it makes you uncomfortable to have him walking around like that. Tell him that your friends always drop over and you don't want them to see him naked as it is embarassing. He can be naked in his room but in public areas he should keep his clothes on
