Oh my!! I hope that he did something really horrible so that you can remember it when you need to be strong. If he hurt you he so does not deserve you. Just swallow your pride hold onto your courage, keep yourself busy and stay away.

Read books, listen to music, hang out with friends, work hard in school or at work. Find other friends even if you have to join a club.

Surrond yourself with busywork. Find all the friends you can to do stuff with and stay with friends the more you are away from the chance to contact him the better.
