My bestfriend Curtis and I have known eachother since gr.2 and this summer he tells me he had a crush on me back in gr.5 and a few weeks ago I was mad at my bf and Curtis told me to get over it. And then now he keeps holding my hand and slapping my butt and telling me he wants to have sex with me and whenever we're alone he says we're all alone huh. Then he takes my hand and leans into me like he's gonna kiss me. Then he keeps looking at my lips and whenever I flirt with other guys he says please don't its immberressing. And he keeps putting his arm around me and saying I know we're not daiting but lets pretened we are.

But what you have NOT told us is whether YOU like this Curtis guy back or not. If you do thats kinda awesome b/c he's seen you go through relationships and knows you better than any other guy so this might be pretty neat.
And from the judging of you not saying whether you liked his advances, I'll say you like him back ;-)

seems like the reason why he is doing all these things is because he likes you because he said, "I know we're not dating but let's pretend we are" in this sentence, seems like he really likes you and is desperate to be dating you because he wants other guys to see how important you are to him even though he understands that you two are not dating. and if he leans into u like hes gonna kiss you, he probably wants to but is too shy or doesnt think u want to kiss him so he doesnt go all the way but you should ask him out or maybe hang out with him more. but really, if u like him too and he told u that he has a crush on you, chances are, he likes you. hope this helped, good luck

Well, sounds like he is a controlling person. That can get dangerous if you don't watch out for it. Tell him to back off and that you have a boyfriend, unless you want to end it with your man and date this guy. Whatever you do, make sure that you have control of YOU and that he is not a really jealous guy.

if your not interested in a relationship with curtis then tell him...by knowing he is attracted to you and you openly flirt with others in front of him,,,you are only playing with him...shame on you....if he is a friend then treat him as one and openly tell him...yes it may hurt him to be honest...but its better to get shot once than tortured...if you keep on like this your just dragging the issue and him, into a major emotional breakdown....be straight...make it or break it!

He is waiting for a sign from you that you want to have a relationship with him. Find out if its only sex he is after. If so get rid of him he is no best friend.

he wants you thats for sure...the only question is does he want to date you or sleep with you. if you dont have any feelings for him then you have to tell him to stop...if you think you do then you should talk to him...if he wants a relationship with you than ok...but if he just wants to sleep with you(you'll know because he'll want you) but he may not want you to tell people that you are dating or if you see others in public and you are introduced as a friend then he probably just wants to sleep with you...regardless you need to talk to him. and you guys sound like you are young so he might just want to date you but is too afraid to say it cuz you guys have been friends for so long.

You are obviously very young and naive. If he doesn't want to claim to be your boyfriend in public, he only wants sex. Tell him to go take a cold shower and walk away with your dignity.
